Q: How do I cancel my Premium Membership?

Sign in to your account and select “Change Membership” and then “Cancel Premium Membership”.

Q: My 30-day refund period has expired, do you offer pro-rated refunds?

No, we do not offer pro-rated refunds at this time.

Q: I forgot to turn off Auto Renew on my Premium Membership and it just renewed – can I get a refund?

– No, our refund policy only applies to the first 30 days of Premium Membership.

– You can turn off Auto Renew at any time by signing in and clicking on “Change Membership” and then “Turn Off Auto Renew”.

– Also, you can always see your renewal date by signing into your account and selecting “Change Membership”.

– Please note: Premium Memberships are set to Auto Renew by default.

Q: Can I request a refund every time my Premium Membership renews?

No, refunds are only offered during the first 30 days of your first Premium Membership period.

Q: How long will my refund take?

Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to complete. Funds will be returned to the card that was charged.
